Make.Do.Camp. is a professional development retreat in a camp setting that is held at Big Cove YMCA in Pictou County, Nova Scotia from September 24-27, 2026. It is open to professionals, entrepreneurs and creatives, championing a diverse group in order to broaden the learning dynamic.

The participants are asked to be sober and tech-free  for 72 hours as a detox and a chance to be more present.

Leaders from various disciplines  are hosting workshops to increase skills in working with people, good storytelling, resilience mindset, planning and resetting nervous systems. More about our programming here: https://makedocamp.com/workshop-leaders-and-tracks-for-2026/

Our program will include a truly engaging and broadly appealing workshop schedule. There will always be choice, so the participant can customize their schedule based on best fit.

We champion physical activity, featuring breathwork, hikes, boating, ropes courses, zip line and archery. As well, there is daily meditation/solo time.

Make.Do.Camp. offers an excellent chance to focus on problem-solving and developing ideas. The team-building environment challenges participants, while providing them resources to work together. 

The cost of Make.Do.Camp. is $877.19 +HST, which includes all workshops, transportation, food and accommodation for four days. A receipt will be created for your company or organization.
